Our Story
Started with a frustration. Growing with a purpose.
Every founder has a moment. Ours came when we realized that paying employees in three different countries required four different platforms, two spreadsheets, and an unhealthy amount of caffeine. Payroll errors cost us trust, manual HR processes ate our weekends, and our team deserved better.
So we built FriendHRM — a single, unified platform that handles employee records, payroll, time tracking, performance reviews, recruitment, and compliance for teams of any size, in any country.
We launched with a promise: no more HR friction. No more switching between tools. No more wondering if payroll deductions are correct. No more onboarding chaos. Just clean, reliable, beautifully designed software that lets HR teams focus on what actually matters — their people.
2023
FriendHRM founded. First prototype built with multi-tenant architecture.
2024
Launched Global Payroll Engine supporting 10+ countries. First 50 customers onboarded.
